Nose fineness, elegant with notes of red fruits.
On the palate, it is round, fleshy with a nice tannic structure, fruity and persistent finish, which then evolves to express its finesse through venison, vanilla and ripe fruit.
Traditionally enjoyed with game, stews as well as pasta dishes and cheese.
