Caves du Mont Tauch

Set in the Languedoc’s dramatic landscape of picturesque hills and Cathar Castles since 1913, Mont Tauch is one of France’s leading cooperatives, based in the heart of the Fitou appellation in southern France. Mont Tauch covers 1400 hectares made up of small vineyards dotted around the villages of Tuchan, Paziols, Villeneuve and Durban. Each village is recognised for its specific terroir and for the character of its wines.

Mont Tauch produces Fitou, Corbières, Vin de pays du Torgan, Vin de Pays de la Vallée du Paradis, Muscat de Rivesaltes and Rivesaltes.

Distinction : 90% of our vineyards are certified in sustainable development.

In 2007 Mont Tauch was a founder member of Growers in Sustainable Development, a collective approach led by the ICV (Institut Cooperatif du Vin). Mont Tauch is also certified IFS et DLG, the result of a high-quality work.
