A pale golden robe in a delicate green, characteristics of a great Blanc de Blancs wine. Very fine bubbles.
Nose at the same time mineral and floral revealing aromas of flowers and white fruits, apricot, cherry plums, and a very soft notes of slightly acid yellow lemon, citrus fruits, quince and soft honey.
The harmonious mouth, with a lot of freshness expresses a certain complexity in the fineness. Silky and harmonious palate for this intense and structured champagne.
This vintage quite in fineness and elegance is the ideal wine for apéritif. His freshness also allows him to match with a lot of dishes in particular with sea food and cheese.
