Description

Appearance

Shiny straw color with yellow reflections.

Noze

The aromas are in perfect harmony, between fruity notes (citrus fruits, passion fruit), floral notes (broom and hawthorn) and mineral notes (box tree and flint).

Palate

You will be seduced by its freshness and its aromatic length. It’s well-structured and well-balanced. The freshness and personality of the wine are a delight when it is drunk young, but it is only after 2 or 3 years that it is really at its best.

Dishes/Wine

Ideal to be drunk during the summer evenings, it will perfectly go with sushi and grilled fish. Do not hesitate to drink it for aperitif in summer or try it with fish in white sauce.
