백년 전쟁이 끝난 후 영국 지방 아키텐 (Aquitaine)은 황폐화 되었습니다. 이에 프랑스 왕 찰스 7세는 일하기를 원하는 농민들에게 땅을 주도록 명령했습니다. 라 므즈(La Meuse)지방에서 온 쥴리옹(Juillon) 가족이 아키텐 땅에 정착했습니다.

그것이 1695년 8월 2일 베르송의 쥴리옹이라는 이름의 시작이었습니다. 베르송에서 포도주 양조업자 « winemaker »라는 단어는 1741년 4월 2일자 양피지에서 처음 언급되었습니다.

1929년 4월 29일 조부모인 노르베르 쥴리옹(Norbert Juillon)과 에바 메나르(Eva Meynard) 의 결혼이후 현재 포도원 소유주인 프랑크 쥴리옹(Franck Juillon)이 있습니다.
