그림처럼 아름다운 언덕과 카타르 성이 자리한 랑그독 지역에 1913년부터 자리한 몽 토쉬 (Mont Tauch)는 남부 프랑스의 휘투(Fitou) 포도주 생산 지역의 중심부로서 프랑스를 선도하는 협동조합 중 하나입니다. 두쌍(Tuchan), 빠지올(Paziols), 빌누브( Villeneuve), 두르방(Durban) 마을 부근에 점점이 흩어진 작은 포도원으로 구성되며 총 면적은 1,400헥타르에 달합니다. 마을마다 산지 특유의 맛이 나는 독특한 와인을 생산하는 것으로 유명합니다. 유명한 와인으로는 휘투(Fitou), 꼬르비에르(Corbières), 뱅 드 페이 듀 토르강(Vin de pays du Torgan), 뱅 드 페이 드 라 발레 드 빠라디(Vin de Pays de la Vallée du Paradis), 무스카 드 리브살떼(Muscat de Rivesaltes), 리브살떼(Rivesaltes)가 있습니다.

특징: 이곳 포도 농장의 90%는 자연 환경을 파괴하지 않고 지속적인 개발이 가능한 지역으로 명명되었습니다..

몽 토쉬(Mont Tauch)는 2007년 와인 협동 학회(Institut Cooperatif du Vin)가 이끄는 지속적인 개발 재배자(Growers in Substainable Development) 의 창립 멤버가 되었으며, 고품질의 작업과 결과물임을 입증하는 IFS et DLG 인증을 받기도 했습니다.
