넓은 무어 평원에 자리한 프로방스의 작은 마을인 공화롱 (Gonfaron)에 위치한23헥타르의 농장으로 [fusion_popover title= »날아다니는 당나귀의 전설 » title_bg_color= »#292c30″ content= » 이 전설에는 여러 가지 버전이 있지만, 가장 유명한 버전은 1645년 성 퀴니스의 날에 일어난 일을 바탕으로 한 이야기입니다. 이 날은 성 퀴니스의 동상을 언덕 꼭대기에 있는 예배당으로 옮기기 위해 마을 주민 모두가 거리를 깨끗이 청소해야 했습니다. 하지만 어느 심술궂은 공화롱 주민이 청소를 하지 않겠다면서, 성 퀴니스가 거리를 지나고 싶거든 쓰레기 위를 날아 가라고 독설을 퍼부었습니다. 며칠후 이 주민은 당나귀를 타고 가다 더러운 길에서 미끄러졌고, 계곡에서 시체로 발견되었습니다. 주민들은 성 퀴니스가 벌을 내렸다고 생각했고, ‘성스러운 퀴니스께서 그를 벌하시고, 그의 당나귀는 날아갔네’ 라는 어구로 후세에 전해졌습니다. 이후로 4월이 되면 공화롱에서는“날아다니는 당나귀의 전설”을 기념합니다.  » content_bg_color= »#313539″ bordercolor= » » textcolor= »#ffffff » trigger= »hover » placement= »left » class= » » id= » »] »날아다니는 당나귀의 전설 »[/fusion_popover] ». 이라는 이야기로 유명한 곳이기도 합니다. 이 지역은 또한 와인 생산지로 명성이 높았습니다.

이곳 농장에서는 시라, 그르나슈 누와, 무르베드르, 쌩쏘, 롤 (Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Rolle) 같은 다양한 포도나무가 어깨를 나란히 하고 자랍니다. 이들 품종은 꼬뜨 드 프로방스(Côtes du Provence) 하에서 보호받는 품종이며, 까베르네 소비뇽, 까리냥 누와, 메를로, 그르나, 위니 블랑 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan Noir, Merlot, Grenache, Ugni Blan)c은 무어지역(Pays des Maures)의 보호를 받습니다.

전통적인 방식에 새로운 방법을 접목하는 시도를 거듭한 끝에 이 땅에서 가장 훌륭한 포도를 수확하고 있습니다. 가노드에서 재배한 포도 수확부터 와인을 병에 담아 마케팅을 하는 모든 과정은 농장에서 직접 관리합니다. 모든 단계는 유럽의 위생 및 식품 안전 기준을 엄격히 준수하며, 환경 보전도 잊지 않습니다.

와인은 현장에서 판매되므로 판매자는 방문객뿐 아니라 프랑스 전역 및 해외 유통업체에 여러 가지 조언과 식음법에 대한 제안을 할 수 있습니다. 와인 상인, 판매 대리점, 단체, 와인 양조업 클럽에서도 많은 관심을 보이고 있습니다. 와인 제품은 프랑스와 유럽으로 보내져 판매되고 있습니다.

무어 지역 와인 : 신선하며, 꽃과 과일의 향을 지니고 있습니다.

꼬뜨 드 프로방스 와인 : 프로방스의 태양을 그대로 간직한 레드, 화이트, 로제 와인은 풍부한 붉은 과일향, 감미롭고 부드러운 향을 선사합니다.
